Loiseau des Vignes is located in the historic centre of Beaune.
It awarded its first Michelin-star in March 2010.
It is a new concept : the restaurant displays a wine list offering a selection of 70 premium names all served by the glass. The cuisine enables guests to taste a number of the inescapable specialities of Burgundy and
some of the paramount dishes of traditional French cuisine.
