Burgundy wines
B. Loiseau - Albert Bichot

The Bernard Loiseau – Albert Bichot wine selections are exclusive choices of Burgundy red and white wines which change with every new vintage. They have been blended with great precision by our Executive Sommelier, Eric Goettelmann, in collaboration with the cellarmaster from the Albert Bichot wine house to give expression to the diversity of this extensive terroir.

Latest new products

These selections are currently available in the Bernard Loiseau boutique, and in the group’s restaurants. They can also be found at selected wine stores (Nicolas) :

- Mercurey
- Chablis 1er cru
- Nuits-Saint-Georges
- Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits

The Cremant Blanc de Blancs Bernard Loiseau – Albert
Bichot has been presented exclusively at the Roland
Garros final in June 2011.
Its golden to silver color is adorned by a lively effervescence with very fine bubbles. The subtle floral smell reminds us of some delicate almond, citrus and honeysuckle flavours.

Tasting

Ruby color with sustained reflections of fuchsia, clear and bright, animated by a fine effervescence. Its intense smell evokes strawberry and raspberry with hints of blackberry and cherry. On the palate, the mild attack pleases the palate. The overall aspect is balanced and fresh on a sweet and tasty finish.

Appetizer and wine dessert

If you are looking for both freshness and sweetness as an appetizer, the DL rosé will harmoniously end your meal, especially with red fruit desserts and chocolate. At the Relais Bernard Loiseau, you can taste the carousel of strawberries or the famous rose des sables.
