Chef Louis-Philippe Vigilant has worked four years at the Relais Bernard Loiseau with Patrick Bertron. His culinary roots therefore have a strong Loiseau footprint and his dishes offer very tasty creations.
The pastry chef, Lucile Darosey, also worked four years at the Relais Bernard Loiseau with Benoît Charvet. In 2010, she won the "trophy Duval-Leroy's best dessert."
