It houses the administrative services which manage and coordinate the group’s four properties :

- on the one hand, Relais Bernard Loiseau (Saulieu), with a staff of, on average, 65 people ;
- on the other, the four restaurants – Loiseau des Ducs (Dijon), Loiseau des Vignes (Beaune), Tante Louise and Tante Marguerite (Paris), with a staff of more than fifty people.

These loyal, attentive and highly-professional teams play a role, on a daily basis, in building the reputation of the Bernard Loiseau group.

The wine and coffee bar in Dijon is recruiting an independant, bilingual and customer friendly manager with 2-3 years experiences in the hotel industry and wine waiting. An experience in a similar position is recommended. Knowledge in Burgundy's wines is mandatory. Job available as from July 2015.
