The menu at Restaurant Tante Marguerite is a blend of the contemporary and the traditional. You will find the classic dishes of Burgundy re-invented in a new light and flavourful guise.
In collaboration with Patrick Bertron, chef Pedro Gomes reinvents the classic dishes of Burgundy, in a new light and flavourful guise. Some of Bernard Loiseau’s recipes remain on the menu, such as Tante Marguerite snail stew, and parsleyed Morvan ham.
The chef is also keen to adapt to the wishes of his guests, and creates light dishes which give seasonal vegetables and steamed fish pride of place.

Burgundy is fittingly represented by this menu, which offers, unusually for Paris, very good value for money.
