It houses the administrative services which manage and coordinate the group’s six properties :
- on the one hand, Relais Bernard Loiseau and La Villa Loiseau des Sens (Saulieu), with a staff of around 65 people
- on the other, the four properties
- Loiseau des Ducs and its wine bar La Part des Anges (Dijon),
- Loiseau des Vignes (Beaune),
- Loiseau Rive Gauche (Paris 7e),
with a staff of more than fifty people.
These loyal, attentive and highly-professional teams play a role, on a daily basis, in building the reputation of the Bernard Loiseau group.
