Celebrate the terroir of Franche-Comté.

A real link between Burgundy and Franche Comté, "Loiseau du Temps", whose name evokes the clock-making know-how of Besançon (called the City of Time), is located on the first floor of the superb listed building, called "Le Conservatoire". Throned on the Place de la Révolution, and bordered by the Doubs, this building was successively a former granary, a clock-making school, and finally the regional conservatory.
