On Saturday mornings, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., we offer a yoga class, followed by an hour in the spa.

Challenge yourself during the yoga hour, then relax with the spa facilities.

An athlete moment with a panoramic view on the garden !

It is equipped with two treadmills, an elliptical trainer, a bike, a rowing machine, a back and lumbar bench, a multifunctional bench and a functional trainer (multi-purpose equipment for weight training.) Floor mats and other accessories for floor work are also available.

A cupboard with a coat rack is available on site to store your belongings, as well as water and towels for your session.

The fitness room is open from 7.30am to 11pm.

Loiseau des Sens and its 1500m2 dedicated to well-being have been awarded several times for the unique spa experience, in the heart of the Morvan. It is composed of a "Multisensory universe" on one hand, designed for an intense and diverse stimulation of the 5 senses (phlebological course, draining and relaxing bench, bubbling beach, aquavelos, Hydronox sofa, massage alcoves, swimming, geyser ...) , and a "Pleasure universe" on the other hand, conducive to relaxation and well-being (sauna with a garden view, hammams, experiential shower, ice fountain, waterfall bucket, not to mention the sea air cabin).

Hotel guests: the spa is open from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and is accessible to children (aged 3 and over) before 10 a.m. and after 7 p.m.

Out-of-town guests: the spa is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (accessible to 16-year-olds and over).

Two new brands are joining our spa:

"Olivier Claire", face treatment specialist : A true consecration to nature, this high end French brand devotes its whole expertise to the results.

With "Clé des Champs", wander through wheat fields and flowers, the aromas from the vegetable garden or even the forest path bordering the lake, to the floor covered in thorns and the pine cones with luxuriant moss.

A hair treatment is also suggested from Léonor Greyl, soothed by a scalp massage.

Also, the Colin Maillard® brand is available for kids treatments (starting from 3 years old).

Olivier Claire's philisophy : Stimulate instantly the cells with a sequence of movements inspired from yoga rituals.

Since more than 10 years, Olivier Claire draws the best in nature to transmit it throughout its treatments.

An exceptional 80m² private spa with a breathtaking view on the park and Auxois, this luxurious cocoon includes all the equipment of a spa (hammam, sauna, balneotherapy) and a superb suite. A unique moment, out of time.
