Breton by birth, he offers taste-conscious cuisine at La Côte-d'Or, which combines poetry and creativity. His cuisine expresses his deep attachment to his adopted land, Burgundy and more specifically his Morvan. On his mountain bike, his second passion, he travels Morvan's land in search of inspiration and wild herbs and other local products.
